SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
LIMITLESS MFG products are packaged “Transport Ready” and available for pickup at our Kelowna facility. As we are not a transport company and do not have the capacity to provide in-house delivery options; at customers request we will arrange a quote from the commercial shipping broker directly to the customer, allowing customer to coordinate directly with the shipping to ensure direct point of contact for customs, brokerage, payment, tracking, and any damage claims.
*note - as shipping is organized between shipping agent and the
customer, LIMITLESS is not responsible for damages. As such, it is highly
recommended that customers carefully inspect all received products prior to signing for shipment. If product is damaged in any way, please immediately contact your shipping agent and advise of the situation. Claims are managed directly between the customer and the shipping agent and all credits will go directly from shipping agent to customer.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Once the product has been paid for and has left the facility, it is considered a final sale. Customers wanting to return their new, unopened, and unused products must first make a request to LIMITLESS MFG in order to receive a return authorization number from. Authorization number is required for all returned shipments. Freight must be pre-paid by customer and products returned must arrive undamaged, in original packaging. will incur a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
